Refund and Returns Policy

At AVOAT Fashion Jewellery, we take pride in delivering premium-quality jewellery crafted with precision and care. To ensure complete transparency, we encourage all customers to read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Sizing & Specifications

  • All jewellery sizes and specifications are clearly mentioned on each product page.
  • Please double-check size and dimensions before purchasing.
  • Note: Size-related concerns are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A ₹80 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or damage claim, a clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be recorded in proper lighting and without cuts or edits.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Return & Refund Eligibility

Our return window lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition as received.
  • Packed in the original box with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • The return is initiated after the 3-day return period.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or credit card account again after a few days.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or photography are not considered defects.
  • Exchange is possible only if the same item is in stock.
